TCA junior outside hitter Anya Ouimette was named the Dallas Morning News Female Athlete of the Week for her performances during the week of October 12-16.

The Trojans faced Liberty Christian and Parish Episcopal during the week, with Ouimette making a significant impact across seven sets of action. She recorded 33 kills, 22 digs, four blocks and four aces, contributing front row, back row and at the service line.

Ouimette has established herself as a consistent presence for Trojan Volleyball, contributing offensively and defensively throughout the season. In 2025, she earned TAPPS Honorable Mention All-District recognition for her performance on the court.

Beyond her success at TCA, Ouimette has verbally committed to continue her beach volleyball career at Grand Canyon University.
With one season remaining in her Trojan career, Ouimette will look to build on her success and continue making an impact for TCA Volleyball.
