The guard tandem of Reece Walker and JJ Price capped off a strong 2024-25 campaign with TAPPS All-State honors. The announcement arrived on Tuesday after the completion of TAPPS All-State meetings. 

Reece Walker adds a Second Team All-State selection to a trophy case already loaded with Trojan honors. He is second on the TCA All-Time scoring list after surpassing program legend Chad Gono in a 69-46 victory over Nolan Catholic on January 31. Walker is just the third Trojan in the history of the program to score more than 2000 points (Chad Gono, Blake Muschalek) and is a two-time All-State selection with the Trojans. 

Junior JJ Price took the next step in his development this season, improving from an All-District Honorable Mention in 2023-24 to a First Team All-District selection as well as an All-State Honorable Mention this year. The third-year combo guard averaged a career-best 8.8 points per contest while shooting 36% from behind the arc.
