Trinity Christian Academy is excited to welcome three new employees to the athletic department.
Assistant Director of Women's Athletics Ashley Kelly
Ashley Kelly is joining TCA as the assistant director of women's athletics. Ashley is an experienced athletic administrator and coach with a strong history of building and leading athletic programs in independent and Christian schools. With more than a decade of leadership experience, she is passionate about developing student-athletes who lead with character, compete with integrity and view athletics through a biblical lens. Most recently, she served as Director of Athletics at Hathaway Brown in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where the athletic department was recognized with the Bruce Brown Award of Excellence in 2026. Her previous roles include athletic leadership positions at Liberty Christian School, Coram Deo Academy and The Cambridge School of Dallas, along with six years of service in state leadership within TAPPS.
Ashley earned her Bachelor's in Communications and Public Relations from Howard University.
She and her husband, Kyle, will celebrate 20 years of marriage this year. They are the proud parents of three children, Amaiya, KJ and Elijah.
Sports Information Director Allison Pierce
Allison Pierce is joining TCA as the sports information director. She has experience with athletic social media, marketing and branding in both high school and professional sports. In her previous role, she increased athletic program visibility and revenue by launching a centralized athletics website, building local partnerships and promoting season ticket campaigns, driving year-over-year growth. She also developed and executed social media strategies across multiple platforms, significantly increasing brand visibility and audience engagement. Allison has produced and managed athletics content in a variety of media content, with her photography being featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Allison holds a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a Master's in Athletic Leadership from Clemson University.
Athletics Administrative Assistant Zephanie Dykes
Zephanie Dykes is the new athletics administrative assistant and also serves as TCA's varsity assistant cheer coach. Zephanie has spent time in the NFL as a professional cheerleader, including as team captain and 2022 Pro Bowl Cheerleader, where she developed a passion for leadership, teamwork and serving others through athletics. With experience in athletic operations, event coordination, communications and program organization, Zephanie is excited to serve TCA students, families, coaches and staff. She looks forward to building strong relationships and contributing to the culture of excellence that defines TCA Athletics.
Zephanie earned her Bachelor's in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University with double minors in Leisure, Sport and Tourism Studies and Organizational Communication. She also received her Master's in Sports Administration from the University of Miami.
