Trojan guard
Christian Cox has committed to play basketball at Adams State University in Colorado. Cox was named
team co-MVP this season at TCA after earning
Second Team All-State and
First Team All-District honors. He also joined the 1,000-point club as one of only 20 TCA players to have scored more than 1,000 points in a career.
"We are so happy for Christian and the opportunity he has to continue his basketball career and education at Adams State University," says Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach
John Price. "He is a tremendous example of how a Christ-follower can impact a program and school in a very short period of time. Not only did he elevate our team and locker room, but he elevated the hallways of TCA as well. Christian's name reflects his true identity, and that light will continue to shine brightly at Adams State."
The Adams State Grizzlies are coming off a successful 18-11 season, finishing fifth in the 15-team Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
