THE RUNDOWN
Reid Johannsen once again paced the Trojans with victories in both of his individual events. Johannsen won the 50 yard freestyle in 23.28 and followed it up with another first-place finish in the 100 yard backstroke, touching in
1:02.74. He later anchored TCA's 400 yard freestyle relay to a runner-up time of 3:56.26, joining
Drew Fletcher,
Jon Ross, and
Hayden Dunn on the podium-placing relay.
Freshman
Drew Fletcher continued to build momentum in his first season of varsity competition, placing top 15 in the boys 50 yard freestyle (29.60) and the 100 yard freestyle (1:08.21).
On the girls side,
Presley Griffen represented TCA in both sprint and mid-distance freestyle. Sophomore
Janet Lu posted two of the strongest finishes for the Lady Trojans, taking fifth in the 100 yard freestyle (1:10.21) and sixth in the girls 100 yard breaststroke (1:31.67).
