Allison Pierce joined the TCA staff as Sports Information Director in June 2026.
Prior to joining TCA, Pierce spent three years with a public school district in Fort Worth, Texas, where she served as the district’s Athletic Marketing Coordinator while also working as a PE Instructional Aide, Assistant Volleyball Coach, and Assistant Track Coach. During her tenure, she significantly expanded the district’s athletic brand presence, increasing audience engagement and generating more than 5 million social media views over a consistent five-month period.
Pierce led season ticket campaigns that produced year-over-year growth of more than 20% in ticket sales each season. Her experience spans a wide range of multimedia and communications efforts, including graphic design, website management, photography, newsletter production, and digital content creation. She has also been featured as a photographer in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
A native of Abilene, Texas, Pierce earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she was a member of the Volleyball program. She later earned a Master of Science in Athletic Leadership from Clemson University in 2025.
