Ridge Shipley is a highly decorated skills development coach and former Division I basketball player at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). A Plano, Texas, native who graduated from nearby Hebron High School in 2013, Shipley was touted as the DFW Player of the Year and a First Team All-State selection before earning a full scholarship to the Cal Poly Pony basketball program.
Coach Shipley holds an undergraduate degree in experiential marketing with a concentration in sports management. During his collegiate career, Shipley helped the Mustangs to a Big West Championship while twice being named team captain and an all-conference point guard. Since graduating college and joining the coaching ranks, Shipley has worked with over 100 professional athletes and Division I players. He has also helped coach over 25 of ESPN's Top 100 Players to Watch.
