Pat Leach boasts over 20 years of experience coaching baseball at the NCAA Division I, JUCO and high school levels. A former player and coach at New Mexico State University, Leach has coached over 180 collegiate athletes and more than 100 players selected in the MLB draft. Under his leadership, the 2023 Trojan Baseball team won the TAPPS Division I State Championship. Additionally, Leach has taken six teams to the prestigious Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, New Mexico. He also coached in the Alaskan Summer League and is a co-creator of the Florida Collegiate Summer League.
Pat played junior college and Division 1 baseball as a pitcher and corner infielder. Coach Leach and his wife, Lindsay, have three daughters and attend Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano.
