After a scoreless regulation and two golden goal periods, Nolan Catholic escaped Fort Worth with a 1-0 victory over TCA in penalty kicks.

A Trojan defense that had held opponents to a single goal or less nine times this year was able to do so again on a frigid, windy night at Doskocil Stadium. TCA (6-9-1, 0-1) may have dropped the first game of district play, but will have an opportunity to draw even with the Vikings when they travel to Tom Landry Stadium in February.
