THE RUNDOWN
For the second year in a row, Lady Trojan Basketball opens the season with a 2-0 start following a 43-19 win over the Shelton Chargers in the home opener on Tuesday. Junior Jordyn LaCour turned in a solid night of work at the office, scoring 11 points on 5-9 from the floor to go along with five steals and eight boards.

The Lady Trojans' defensive effort and tenacity were on display throughout the evening, as the team combined for 20 steals, six blocks, and 23 points off Chargers turnovers.
